Pink flowers @ Endau River

Another flower posting.

But this time I am not too sure what is name of this flower. I saw them while paddling the Endau River a few weeks back. The blooms sticked out of a mass of aquatic plants submerged just below the water surface. A small radiant pink/purple flower with a yellow center.

Anyone knows the name of this aquatic plant?

They were very pretty.

A few weeks ago was July.
It was a good time to paddle in July.
The river was full, clear, cold, inviting; submerging the white beaches along its banks. Not a single speck of sediment was in the river. Elephants calls, the rustling of primates, and the flight of the hornbills.

It was joy, joy, joy!
